Simply search for your vacation by selecting the state and city to which you would like to travel. Select a date range and press search! You will be given options with check-in dates that fall within your date range. You can browse property information and view the property photos. At the bottom of the page, you can select the dates of travel and click the "Book" button. Fill out the form on the next page and submit that form! If your dates are still available, depending on your preferred method of payment, we will send you a request for payment. Once your payment has been made, we will send you the confirmation email, and you will be all set!

No, unfortunately not. Our deals are sooo good; we are not able to offer cancellation on any of our rentals. Every reservation is non-cancelable, non-refundable, and non-transferrable. However, on your own, you may purchase additional travel insurance to protect your trip.

Due to the nature of our deals, for the majority of our locations, the full balance for the rental is due at the time of booking. However, we do accept PayPal's Pay-in-Four and Afterpay. You may sign up with PayPal or Afterpay for those options and then make payment on your invoice using that option.

Once we receive your booking request, provided that the unit is still available, we will send you a PayPal invoice (or a payment request, depending on your preffered payment option) for the total amount of the rental, which may be paid via debit / credit card or PayPal account. The terms and conditions of the rental are detailed in that invoice. (Please only send your information when you are READY to pay, as our inventory changes rapidly and our invoices expire after 1 hour. We are not able to hold units.) After payment is received, we will reserve the unit for you and send you the confirmation email, and you will be ALL SET to enjoy your time away.

This is probably the question that most people want to ask us! The answer is actually quite simple. Most vacation suppliers have more rentals than they are able to book to retail customers (meaning customers who book through the popular websites.) So, what happens with the unused rentals? They sit empty. So, we work with various suppliers to bring you the BEST deals!

Typically, our rentals do not have additional fees or surcharges upon check-in. The price listed on our website is usually the final price. However, some resorts do charge a resort fee (collected upon check-in) or other fees. Please do your own research to ensure that you know what fees will be charged upon check-in.
